Randolph-Macon College invites applications for the 12-month position of Assistant Women's Soccer Coach. Randolph-Macon is an NCAA Division III institution competing in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference.

• Assisting the Head Coach in all aspects of running a successful program.
• Practice and game day preparation.
• Helping develop student-athletes.
• Assistance with recruiting efforts.
• Assistance with fundraising for the program.
• Assistance with camps, clinics, and campus visits.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Previous competitive playing experience at the collegiate level required.
• Previous coaching experience preferred.
• Applicants should be familiar and comfortable with the philosophy of education at a selective liberal arts college and with the Division III philosophy of athletics.
• Candidates must also have a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory motor vehicle record, by insurance standards.
