GRINNELL COLLEGE. The Department of Physical Education/Athletics invites applications for a three-year appointment as Head Coach for Softball beginning December 15, 2021. Assistant Professor (Master’s Degree) preferred; Instructor (Master’s in progress) or Associate Professor possible. Research and teaching interests might include, but are not limited to: sports management and sports administration, sport psychology, sport sociology, coaching methods, women in sport, and recreation and wellness courses.

Minimum qualifications - Softball coaching experience, presentation of a recruiting plan applicable to targeting and matriculating high-achieving student-athletes, demonstrated support of diversity, equity and inclusion, and the ability to teach in the Physical Education department.
