The Head Volleyball Coach/Instructor is a full-time position reporting to the Director of Athletics & Physical Education. The Head Volleyball Coach is responsible for implementing and directing all phases of a competitive Division III program. This includes recruiting student-athletes, organizing and planning practices and game strategies, scouting, coaching, scheduling, budgeting, and planning team travel, all in compliance with College, Conference and NCAA rules and regulations.
The Head Volleyball Coach will possess a sound commitment to the academic and athletic mission of the College, along with the ability to teach, motivate, evaluate and recruit high caliber well-qualified student-athletes. The coach will provide leadership in the personal, academic and athletic development of student-athletes and will facilitate a positive, competitive student-athlete experience.
The Coach must be committed to the Division III philosophy and to having an active role in department, campus, and community.
