Calling all former college softball players! We’re looking for a dynamic, knowledgeable female coach to join our travel program. This is a premium-pay, monthly role where you’ll lead practices, help develop elite youth athletes, and bring your college-level experience to a program that values growth, discipline, and culture. If you miss being around the game — this is your sign. Responsibilities include running practices, assisting with skill development, managing game strategy, and serving as a positive role model for young athletes.
