The Women's Head Soccer Coach reports to the Athletic Director. The coach supervises the soccer program carried out under the auspices of the Office of Student Support Services. The soccer season runs from August 1st through November 15th, 2025. Team recruitment continues throughout the year.
Essential Job Duties:
Teach soccer skills to student-athletes
Develop and enforce training rules
Recruit within the rules and regulations of the conference
Transporting teams to various locations is required
Assist with schedule development
Assist with soccer uniforms and equipment management
Monitor academic achievements and student hall of student-athletes
Market and promote the soccer program, including fundraising
Prepare and process all related paperwork
Promote an environment supportive of the College's vision, mission, and values
Perform other duties assigned of a similar nature or level
Qualifications
Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree
Two (2) years of successful instruction/coaching in high school/college soccer OR four (4) years of participation in college soccer
