High School Women Coaches Leadership Academy
You asked, we listened. In 2021 we launched our first virtual High School Women Coaches Leadership Academy just for you! Within our community of coaches at the high school level and across all sports, we recognize the challenges you face to stay and advance in the profession.
Modeled after our longstanding premier NCAA Women Coaches Academy, this 2-day virtual program is aimed at providing leadership and development programming to assist you in reaching team and individual success.

Registration Requirements
- Registration priority will be given to current women coaches (Head, Assistant, Associate or Volunteer), strength & conditioning coach or athletic trainer at the High School or Club level (coaching grades 9-12)*.
- Aspiring high school/club coaches and allies may register and will be selected to attend if space is available.
- All participants must be a WeCOACH member (membership required to register for the Academy). Not a member? Sign up here!

*If you attended the 2021 High School Women Coaches Leadership Academy you are welcome to attend again, but please understand some sessions will be similar.
Complimentary Memberships

Schedule
- Each day will start at 12:00pm ET and run until approximately 6:30pm ET.
- The full schedule will be provided to registered participants at a later date.
- All sessions are mandatory.
- To protect the integrity of the authentic conversations that transpire, sessions will not be recorded.

2022 Scholarships
Our partner Hudl, has generously provided full-tuition scholarships for five High School women coaches of color to participate in the High School Women Coaches Leadership Academy. Scholarships include a one-year WeCOACH membership.
Scholarships will be randomly selected and awarded prior to the start of the High School Women Coaches Leadership Academy.
Eligibility
You must be a woman of color who is a coach, strength-conditioning coach, or athletic trainer at the High School or Club level.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
All cancellations subject to a 15% non-refundable administration fee. Cancellation requests received more than sixty (60) days prior to the event are eligible for a full refund less administration fee. Cancellation requests received thirty (30) to sixty (60) days prior to the event are eligible for a 50% refund less administration fee. Cancellation requests made within thirty (30) days prior to the event are non-refundable and may not be applied to future event registrations, no exceptions. Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Please contact us with your request.
