Our dynamic one‑day workshops are designed for current and aspiring women coaches across every sport and level—from youth and club to high school, two‑year, and four‑year college coaches. Each experience is intentionally crafted to accelerate your professional growth, expand your network, and strengthen your leadership voice. Participants dive into powerful conversations on the most pressing issues shaping the coaching profession, gain actionable strategies for navigating real‑world challenges, and learn best practices from peers and industry leaders who understand the unique journey of women in coaching. You’ll leave with new tools, new confidence, and a community that champions your success long after the workshop ends.
While priority registration is reserved for coaches, these workshops also welcome administrators, allies, and industry professionals—men and women—who are committed to advancing and supporting women in coaching.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations subject to a 15% non-refundable administration fee. Cancellation requests received up to fourteen (14) days prior to the event are eligible for a full refund less administration fee. Cancellation requests made within fourteen (14) days prior to the event are non-refundable and may not be applied to future event registrations, no exceptions, including no-shows. At any point before the event you may request to send an alternate without additional charge. All requests must be made in writing. Please email events@wecoachsports.org with your request.
