No doubt about it. The highest of highs and the lowest of lows in leadership come from our relationships — and this is certainly true for sport coaches as well. When you have trust, understanding and synergy with your athletes, staff and administrators, coaching can be a great experience. But, when relationships are in-process, struggle or break down, coaching can be incredibly challenging. In today’s world —  where society at-large is polarized and everyone has their own POV — it’s more essential than ever that aspiring coaches develop interpersonal know-how. During this interactive webinar, Debi Powell will share timely and transformative tools for mastering your relationship-building skills and offer opportunities to practice too.

One of the biggest issues for women in sport is the minimal or non-existent networking
and support by and for other women (Tucker Center, 2023).

By contrast a report commissioned by Sporting Insights in Feb 2023 to tackle inequality
and hear the voices of women in sports recommends that to thrive women must build an
authentic network of meaningful connections.
This virtual workshop will help you:

• Explore and evaluate your own coaching network(s).
• Clarify the purpose of your network(s).
• Identify the make-up of the people in your current network and those you would
like to be there.
