This position assists the Head Coach in recruiting, coaching, player development, and mentoring elite student-athletes for the University of Notre Dame Hockey Team by providing administrative and organizational support for the program. Coaching and mentoring for organizing and implementing the team’s training program and practices, preparing athletes for competitions, and attending coaching development camps. This Coach will also work with other hockey coaching staff members to participate in recruiting activities that include but are not limited to campus and home visits, phone calls, correspondence, evaluations of techniques, etc. The individual will undertake administrative duties to assist Notre Dame Hockey by working with the Hockey Video and Data Analyst and Director of Operations. Other duties to be assigned by the Head Coach.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree(4 years)
- 1-2 Years Previous Coaching Experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree
- 3-5 Years Previous Coaching Experience
