In the Director of Men’s Basketball Operations position, we are seeking an individual with an inviting personality who can lead the communication and organizational efforts for our program. By immersing yourself in a culture that promotes togetherness, drive, creativity and curiosity, you will gain valuable experience that will prepare you for future growth opportunities as an athletic administrator.

In this role, you will be expected to:

- Lead organization and communication efforts for our program
- Develop and maintain the program calendar (short and long term) through Teamworks platform
- Assist in development and management of program budget
- Coordinate all aspects of team travel
- Serve as main point of contact for various departments (Compliance, Facilities, etc)
- Supervise student managerial staff
- Manage equipment operations
- Organize special events
- Assist with the coordination of summer camps and clinics
- Engage with parents, alums and fans
- Handle some office duties, including expense reports
- Support the Head Coach with other duties as assigned that support the program

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-4 years of professional experience
- Exceptional organizational and task management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree
- Proven experience in athletic administration or coaching
- Collegiate student-athlete or student-manager
- Experience working with Teamworks
