Our one-year program combines classroom learning and real-world field practice, providing you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in your chosen sports career. Our dynamic residential option gives you the opportunity to apply for one of our on-campus graduate assistantships. Students awarded a graduate assistantship will be required to work 20 hours per week in addition to their practicum and coursework.

Requirements: To be considered for admission, applicants to the Master of Arts in Coaching and Sport Leadership program must submit the following documentation:

• Online Graduate Application - https://macsl.randolphcollege.edu/apply/

• Resume/CV

• Personal Statement: 1-2 written pages on long-term goals and reasons for seeking admission

• Letters of recommendation (2)

• Unofficial Transcript (if not applying with a Randolph College B.A./B.S. degree). A baccalaureate degree with a cumulative GPA of at least 2.75 on a 4.0 scale. An official transcript will be required if admitted.

*Applicants with a GPA between 2.5 and 2.75 may be admitted provisionally. Provisional admits must maintain a 3.0 GPA in their first 7 credit hours to remain in the program.
