We are seeking a passionate and dedicated 17U Basketball Coach to assist in coaching our top team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to enhance their coaching experience and build their coaching profile in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of practice sessions and game strategies.
- Mentor and develop young athletes, focusing on skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
- Collaborate with the head coach and other coaching staff to create a positive and competitive environment.
- Attend all games and practices, providing guidance and support to players.
- Foster the athletes' growth both on and off the court.
Qualifications:
- Previous coaching or playing experience in basketball at a competitive level.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate young athletes.
- Knowledge of coaching techniques and game strategies.
- Flexibility to travel for games and tournaments.
