Lindsey Wilson College, located in Columbia, Kentucky, is seeking applicants for a Head Volleyball Coach. Lindsey Wilson College is a member of the Mid-South Conference and the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics with 750+ student-athletes participating in twenty-seven sports programs.

Responsibilities: Reporting directly to the Director of Athletics, the head coach will be responsible for all aspects of a nationally competitive volleyball program including but not limited to: recruitment of qualified student athletes, practice/match planning and organization, monitoring academic progress of student-athletes, fundraising, budgeting, scheduling, supervising assistant coaches, administrative duties, compliance with all Lindsey Wilson College, MSC and NAIA rules and regulations, and assist with other duties assigned by the Director of Athletics. The successful candidate will represent the athletic department in professional, civic, charity and alumni events.

Qualifications: This is a 12-month, full-time position with benefits. Qualifications include a minimum of a bachelor’s degree; master’s degree and previous coaching experience at the collegiate level preferred. A valid driver’s license is required. The successful candidate must demonstrate an understanding of the Lindsey Wilson mission and align philosophically with an enrollment-driven institution. Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
