COVID-19 Update
March 18 Update:
As we navigate this uncharted territory concerning the COVID-19 outbreak and with new guidelines/regulations changing rapidly, NFHS and WeCOACH will be postponing the High School Women Coaches Conference. The health and safety of all those involved is a top priority. We will keep you informed as we look to reschedule a future date.
March 13 Update:
In an effort to be proactive, the WeCOACH staff is continuing to monitor the latest developments in the COVID-19 outbreak as it could potentially impact any upcoming WeCOACH events. We are continually monitoring the latest updates from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. We will continue to make decisions based on the recommendations of the appropriate medical authorities with the health and safety of our attendees and presenters in mind.
We currently intend to hold the High School Women Coaches Conference as scheduled.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations subject to a 15% non-refundable administration fee. Cancellation requests received up to fourteen (14) days prior to the event are eligible for a full refund less administration fee. Cancellation requests made within fourteen (14) days prior to the event are non-refundable and may not be applied to future event registrations, no exceptions, including no-shows. At any point before the event you may request to send an alternate without additional charge. All requests must be made in writing. Please email events@wecoachsports.org with your request.
