Travel Logistics
  • If flying, use Denver International Airport (DEN). The Hilton Denver Inverness is approximately 40 minutes from the airport, depending on traffic.
  • You are responsible for securing your own transportation to/from the Hilton Denver Inverness. Ground transportation is available via the Super Shuttle which requires advance reservations. A Shared Ride is least expensive at $74 round trip plus gratuity. You can also request a Non-stop ride or Execu-Ride for $128 or more round trip. Taxi service, Uber, or Lyft is also available from the airport if you prefer. Once you arrive on-site, you will not need a car.
  • Registration begins Thursday, June 14 at 1:45pm MT and the WCA begins promptly at 2:00 pm MT – please be on time!
  • The closing session will conclude on Sunday, June 17 at 1:30 pm MT. Departing ground transportation can depart the hotel after that time. Flights should be scheduled no earlier than 3:00 pm MT to allow travel time and security at the airport.

All sessions are mandatory for all participants.

Attire

Dress code is business casual. You will have the opportunity to network with not only peers and colleagues, but also some of the most influential women in intercollegiate athletics. First impressions matter — act and look professional! This means no jeans or sweats!
