WeCONNECT Women Coaches is coach-led & coach-inspired. Join one or more WeCONNECT huddles to engage in powerful peer-to-peer learning, foster meaningful networking connections and be part of an uplifting support group. WeCONNECT is designed to bring women coaches from diverse backgrounds, sports, and levels together virtually, to empower each other.

Welcome to the WeCOACH Book Club!

Are you a casual or passionate reader looking to make connections and build your network with coaches while engaging in interactive book discussions?
Are you seeking more accountability to read an entire book and stay focused on the content?
Are you a current WeCOACH member looking to learn from some of the world’s most respected leaders and authors?

Book Club Eligibility and Participant Pledge:

Only current WeCOACH members may register and participate. A current membership must be maintained throughout the Book Club term.
Participants must purchase the book.
Participants expected to make every attempt to attend all WeREAD Monthly Meet-Ups. We certainly understand conflicts with personal/family obligations, team practices/competitions, team & recruiting travel, etc. will arise.
Participants should come prepared to WeREAD Monthly Meet-Ups having read the chapter(s) and develop a question or discussion topic to share with the participants during the meet-up.
Participants are encouraged to complete the satisfaction survey at the conclusion of the program in December.

2024 Book Club Coming Soon!

WeCONNECT “Co-Captains” will organize and facilitate throughout the academic year. These dedicated peer leaders will guide discussions to create an inclusive safe space for coaches to share openly and tap into the learning experiences and advice from other huddle members.

Participants may join as many WeCONNECT Huddles as you wish— commit the time, engage regularly in meetings and come prepared to contribute to the conversations. Co-Captains determine the frequency of huddle meetings (no more than once per month) based on member availability.

Registration for the 5 WeCONNECT Women Coaches huddles is open to WeCOACH members on a rolling basis throughout 2023-24.

First huddle meetings will be scheduled no earlier than November 1. Co-Captains will determine the frequency of huddle meetings (no more than once per month) based on member availability. WeCONNECT Huddles will wrap up in May 2024.
