Our Youth & High School Women Coaches Academy fueled by Gatorade is a virtual program modeled after our longstanding premier NCAA Women Coaches Academy that is open to Youth, Club, Middle School & High School Women Coaches across all sports. This program aims to provide leadership development programming that elevates your holistic coaching effectiveness by learning advanced leadership skills and strategies that directly affect personal and team success. Within our community of coaches at the youth & high school level, we recognize the challenges you face to stay and advance in the profession. Register today for our Youth & High School Women Coaches Academy fueled by Gatorade and together, we will learn best practices for navigating those challenges.

YHSA Scholarships
WeCOACH is proud to offer a limited number of Youth & High School Women Coaches Academy Scholarships to Women Coach participants each year to help offset expenses.
Deadline to apply is July 25. You’ll be notified no later than August 1.
Scholarships are awarded based on financial need, compelling application responses, and satisfying the eligibility criteria specified by the donor (if applicable).

Registration Requirements
- Registration priority will be given to current or aspiring Youth, Club, Middle School & High School Women Coaches (head, assistant, associate or volunteer), strength & conditioning coaches and/or athletic trainers.
- Allies may register and will be selected to attend if space is available.
*If you attended a previous Youth and High School Women Coaches Academy you are welcome to participate again, but please understand some sessions will be similar.
Academy Session Topics
Session Topics May Include:
- Program Culture; Coaching Values; Leadership Communication; Coaching with Empathy; Conflict Resolution; Athletic Performance & Injury Prevention

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
All cancellations subject to a 15% non-refundable administration fee. Cancellation requests received more than sixty (60) days prior to the event are eligible for a full refund less administration fee. Cancellation requests received thirty (30) to sixty (60) days prior to the event are eligible for a 50% refund less administration fee. Cancellation requests made within thirty (30) days prior to the event are non-refundable and may not be applied to future event registrations, no exceptions. Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Please contact us with your request.
