Description
Job Duties
- Assists head coach in running team practices; oversees practices; provides group and one-on-one instruction; assists with player development; remains informed about student-athletes' academic progress.
- Performs recruiting-related activities: contacts high school players through written or verbal communication; travels to various high schools to scout games; assesses the skills and abilities of potential student-athletes; provides feedback to the head coach.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Knowledge of women’s basketball concepts/strategies and NCAA rules and regulations
- Knowledge of physical conditioning techniques and weight training

- Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, supplemented with two (2) years of playing/coaching experience at the high school, collegiate, or professional level.
